Our Story
Hello, my name is Elif Item. I am the CEO of Item by Item (IBI). After consulting on Dynamics 365 for over twelve years, I founded IBI in 2017 to provide user-centric Dynamics 365 training.
During my years as a consultant, I worked with many companies that struggled to train their users effectively. Inflexible, generic, and costly training often led to poor user adoption and jeopardized system deployments. Everyone recognized the importance of training but lacked the time, resources, and budget to do it right. Frustrated by these challenges, I made it my mission to transform how users learn Dynamics 365.
